Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of our website; by using our website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use our website.

You must not:

(b) sell, rent or sub-license material from the website.

(c) reproduce, duplicate, copy or otherwise exploit material on our website for a commercial purpose.

(d) redistribute material from this website except for content specifically and expressly made available for redistribution, in writing from ourselves.

Any Misuse or Verbal Abuse directed towards the owner or other members will not be tolerated. You may be warned or immediately removed and this will be a permanent decision. No refunds will be offered if you breach this rule. Your IP address and Social Media profiles may also be blocked as a result. The Admin has the rights to remove anyone at anytime at their discretion if any comments are deemed inappropriate.

Refunds

Due to the nature of the service you are purchasing there are no refunds offered unless there is any fault on our side or any website error. You can cancel your subscription immediately and easily in your member area on the website.

Your membership lasts until you cancel the subscription, when you cancel the subscription your membership ends at the end of the subscription duration and access to restricted content will be revoked automatically.

If you wish to end your subscription, it is highly recommended you cancel before the renewal date, you will still have access to restricted content until then and your access will be revoked on the end date of the subscription.

To gain access again you will need to start a new subscription or resubscribe in your Account Area – My Subscriptions: Memberships start as soon as payment is made. Payments are automatically taken unless cancelled. It is your responsibility to cancel your own subscription.

If the renewal was accidental and you contact us on the day you were charged, at our discretion, we may be able to provide you with a refund, but there is no guarantee as it depends on the circumstances, discounts & promotions you have been offered.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time by logging in and clicking cancel under My Subscriptions in your member area:

On cancellation of a subscription you will still have access to restricted content for the remaining days left of your subscription, once the subscription is at the end of its duration, instead of renewing, your subscription will cancel and your access to restricted content will be revoked.

You can renew a cancelled subscription once it has cancelled by clicking resubscribe on the My Subscriptions page.

Should you subscribe with a free trial promotion, the Admin has the rights to remove you at any time and upon cancelling your free trial you will be immediately removed.

Restricted Access

We reserve the right to restrict access to areas of our website, or indeed our whole website, at our discretion. If we provide you with a user ID and password to enable you to access restricted areas of our website or other content or services, you must ensure that user ID and password is kept confidential. We may disable your user ID and password in our sole discretion without notice or explanation.

It is not permitted to share accounts or repost information that has been posted from the restricted areas of our website. Breaches of these terms and conditions without prejudice to our other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, we may take such action as we deem appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the website, prohibiting you from accessing the website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.
